Heritage Open Days: China Missionaries a talk & exhibition by John de Lucy and a walk around the China Missionaries graves. Gingko planting and memorial unveiling on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September from 2pm to 4pm

Our theme this year is the China Inland Mission, which had a retirement home locally, meaning that over 100 missionaries to China are buried in the cemetery.
An exhibition about the mission will be opened on Saturday 11th September by the Bishop of Guildford, who will also bless a ginkgo tree which has recently been planted in the area of the cemetery where the missionaries are buried.
A new Friends booklet about the lives of the missionaries will be available to buy, price £5, cash preferred.
There will be a plant stall and refreshments will be available.
